Storytelling for Social Change
About Me:
I’ve spent over a decade working with community leaders around the world- from refugee entrepreneurs in East Africa to village health workers in India. While in New York, I co-founded New York City’s only homeless shelter specifically for asylum seekers and undocumented immigrants.
In the process, I’ve witnessed the power of storytelling to build bridges between disparate lived experiences.
Through writing, photography, and video, I help craft nuanced narratives for grassroots groups working at the intersection of racial, economic, and social justice.
